About David Perkins
I help people manage symptoms that are interfering with their ability to live healthier, more satisfying lives.
My practice is diverse, and I am particularly familiar with the legal profession, the LGBTQ+ community, the performing arts community, and people in recovery. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the legal field for more than 30 years.
I also work with people who are navigating life transitions and looking for support in making meaningful changes in their lives.

A Practical, Collaborative Approach
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches that help people respond more effectively to difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
